The first step in setting goals is to identify your need. What do you want from your life?

Ask yourself what crucial things can happen if you don’t get what you need, imagine your dreams miss their target and causes you a fail.

Once you have done with setting goals insure it is a motivation for your future. And write it down on paper.

Writing goals on paper is very, helpful, be specific about goals you need to describe them in your mind or on paper.

You won't be able to control whether or not you achieve your goal if it is based on something outside of your control.

You shouldn't make your personal goals dependent on other people. They shouldn't also be dependent on things outside of your control.

Be honest about the things you can and can't be held accountable for.

Identify Goal Conflicts

The second step is identifying goal conflicts, for example, your goal will not be alone living on an island which means you will have more attainable goals for your future.

Managing all your relevant goals and making adjustments and deadlines for each of your goals is very helpful for your career.

Your every goa al must have a separate target and motivation, as you need different support in all of your goals.

Make sure to have a specific plan and clear focus on all of your goals.

Most people are not able to achieve their goals as they make prior commitments for example; some people enroll themselves in the gym but don’t achieve their commitment of going to the gym on a regular basis because they have other commitments too which will also affect your health.

To overcome this, take a piece of paper and write down all of your goals and schedule them one by one.

You need to have faith because if you don't, you will not be able to achieve your goals.

For example, let's take a person who wants to earn $1,000 online in 30 days. The first thing he or she needs to do is write down the goal of earning $1,000 in 30 days.

Now that's done, write down how you're going to achieve this goal.

You don't need to see the entire staircase and the top you just need to see the next step leads me to point number four do a regular assessment of what is working well for you and what is not working so once you've done a clear assessment of that you can get a clear big picture

Before you start working toward your first objective, you can begin changing your mindset. Every aspect of your life, including your thoughts about how you will achieve your goals, should be approached with a positive, "glass half full" attitude

Believe in your own abilities, spend time with other motivated people, and read inspirational books. Every chance you get, work on improving your attitude.

This should continue to be a lifetime process.

Your goal must be clear and well-defined. For example, let's take a look at this generalized wish: I want to live a healthy life What does all of this even mean?

It's super vague and not specific enough. To make it specific to achieve replace drinking soda with water. I'll also be going to the gym three times a week for 45 minutes.

When you are working on a deadline, your sense of urgency increases and you're more likely to achieve your goal.

Break your goals into manageable chunks, you will have a timeline to achieve these chunks. Putting a deadline will help you schedule these goals.

Outline specific activities you need to focus on and consider the routine and habits that you need to achieve your milestones, for example, having a cup of coffee to stay energetic.

As health is the most valuable asset for losing weight or living healthily I have to change my diet, go to the gym, do some sit-ups, drink more water, or talk to people I know who have amazing bodies who might be able to share strategies and ideas with me.

So this will be my action plan to live a healthy life.

Or If you want to take admitted to any University, for example, Dominican University you have to improve your academic progress and focus on the given target numbers by University.

Identify how long each task will take and when it must be completed. This will help you determine whether your action plan is on track or needs to be adjusted.

And if your it is not on track then you have to take a look at the big picture, most people in their subconscious mind think that if they are not on track or making any progress they must change their goal which is not very true you just need to support your goals

Once you started supporting yourself your life will be on track to success and you will definitely achieve your all goals.
